You can start your tour from any of our official stops, preferably the nearest one. Download the official BIG BUS TOURS APP on your App Store & Google Play to locate it, as well as to locate in real time and location our buses circulating around the city of Madrid.

Are there comments in my language?

Our local guides provide a live programme of content in a bilingual format: Spanish + English.

Our tours around the city of Madrid are available 365 days a year.

How long does the tour last?

Our full route lasts approximately 90 minutes with a frequency of 20 minutes. Our route operates between 9.30am and 8.50pm. To make the full journey back to the starting point, you must board the bus before 7.30pm, as after this time, the route ends at Fuente de Neptuno. Please note that the duration of the tour is subject to traffic and road closures.

Where can I buy my ticket?

You can buy your tickets online from official websites & distributors, from our staff on board the buses at each of our official bus stops, as well as from all our local partners, such as kiosks, souvenir shops or hotel receptions spread throughout the city centre.

Are there tickets for children?

Yes, tickets are available for children between 5 and 15 years old. Children under 4 years old can travel for free, but must sit on their carer's lap when the service is full. Pushchairs and buggies must be stored on the lower deck. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are buses wheelchair accessible?

Yes, 50% of our fleet is wheelchair accessible.

Where is the information point located?
