How far in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
What happens if I am late?
If you arrive late, you will lose your reservation, and no refunds will be issued.
What should I do when I arrive at the meeting point?
Once you arrive, our uniformed staff will be waiting to check you in and direct you to the queue corresponding to your time slot.
Are the seats assigned?
Seats are not numbered and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis according to each queue.
What is the duration of the experience?
The CHRISTMAS LIGHTS TOUR MADRID NAVIBUS experience lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Can I get out of the vehicle at any point along the route?
No. The experience has a fixed boarding and disembarking time. It is strictly forbidden to leave the vehicle once the tour has started, except for medical reasons, which must be communicated in advance to a member of our onboard staff.
Can I eat, drink and/or smoke on board NAVIBUS?
No, eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited on board.
Can the NAVIBUS route be altered?
Yes. The CHRISTMAS LIGHTS TOUR MADRID NAVIBUS route may be modified due to traffic restrictions or instructions from local authorities. In such cases, an alternative route—previously planned and approved by the city’s traffic department—will be followed.
Can someone else attend in my place other than the name on the reservation?
Yes, as long as the total number of people in the original booking is respected and the reservation has not yet been checked in by our staff before the experience.
What happens in case of rain?
The service is not suspended in case of rain.
Can I cancel and/or change my booking to another date and/or time?
Cancellations are not allowed, but you may change your booking to another date or time if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance by contacting our Information & Booking Team.
What happens if there is an error in the online payment gateway and the payment has not been made correctly or has been made with an amount higher or lower than the amount stated on the product?
In the event of a technical issue or incorrect payment amount through the online gateway, we reserve the right to cancel the incorrect booking and contact the customer to complete the process correctly.
