How long does the tour last?

The complete tour lasts approximately 60 minutes with a frequency of 30 minutes. Our route operates between 10:00 and 18:00 in low season (November to February) and between 10:00 and 19:30 in high season (March to October). To complete the entire route back to the starting point, you must board the bus before 6:00 p.m. in low season and before 7:30 p.m. in high season, as after this time the route ends at Alcázar de Toledo. Please note that the duration of the tour is subject to traffic and road closures.

How does the 24-hour hop-on hop-off ticket work with the ‘essential’ ticket?

The ‘essential’ ticket is valid for 24 consecutive hours from the first time it is used. In other words, if you use it on Monday at 10:00 a.m., it will be valid until Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. During this time, you can hop on and off the Big Bus Toledo buses as many times as you like.

How does the guided walking tour work with the ‘essential’ ticket?

The guided walking tour takes place every day at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and lasts approximately 90 minutes. The meeting point is the central Plaza de Zocodover (next to the yellow post box). We will be waiting for you with a white umbrella 15 minutes before the start time. As this is a guided group tour, please be punctual.

How does the guided tour of Toledo Cathedral work with the ‘essential’ ticket?

The tour of Toledo Cathedral takes place every day at 4:15 p.m. and lasts approximately 60 minutes. The meeting point is located at the traffic lights by the cathedral. We will be waiting for you with a white umbrella 15 minutes before the start time. As this is a guided group tour, please be punctual.

Where can I buy my ticket?

You can purchase your tickets online on official websites and from associated distributors, from our staff on board the buses at each of our official stops, at our Visitor Centre (ticket office) located at the Safont escalators, as well as from all our local partners such as street kiosks, souvenir shops, and hotel receptions throughout the city of Toledo.

Where can I purchase my ticket if I arrive in Toledo by train?

If you arrive in Toledo by train, you can easily purchase your ticket from our staff on board at the official bus stop number 3 (AVE STATION) located just outside the station.

Are there tickets for children?

Yes, there are tickets for children aged 4 to 11. Children under 4 can travel for free, but must sit on their carer's lap when the service is full. Pushchairs and prams must be stored on the lower deck. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
