What is the meeting point?

We offer 2 departures every day from Fuente de Neptuno. Option #1: Departure at 9:30 am and arrival in Madrid at 6:00 pm (18:00). Option #2: Departure at 12:00 pm and arrival in Madrid at 8:30 pm (20:30 h).

However, we also offer a pick-up 30 minutes earlier, in a much more central location in Madrid (next to Gran Vía, in our VISITOR CENTRE), for you to use if the location suits you better. Option #1: Pick up at 9:00 am . Option #2: Pick up at 11:30 pm.

What is the ending point?

The ending point will be at the Neptune Fountain.

How far in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?

You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.

What are the timetables?

Experiencia diaria, de lunes a domingo con 2 salidas a elegir: 9:30 horas y 12:00 horas. No obstante, ofrecemos también una recogida 30 minutos antes: 9:00 horas y 11:30 horas.

Our staff will be happy to welcome you comfortably, in our receptive space for visitors, and help you with all your doubts regarding: local and personalised information about the city, tourist maps, buying souvenirs of Madrid, selling tickets for local tours and excursions to surrounding UNESCO World Heritage cities and everything you need to make you feel at home.

The whole experience lasts approximately 8,30 hours, which may vary depending on the traffic on the road.

What time do you return to Madrid?

Returns are at 17:00 for 9:30 departures and at 19:30 for 12:00 departures.
