What is the meeting point?

We offer 2 departures every day from Fuente de Neptuno. Opción #1: Salida a las 9:00 am y llegada a Madrid a las 6:00 pm (18:00). Opción #2: Salida a las 12:00 pm y llegada a Madrid a las 8:30 pm (20:30 h).

However, we also offer a pick-up 30 minutes earlier, in a much more central location in Madrid (next to Gran Vía, in our VISITOR CENTRE - SAN BERNARDO 5), for you to use if the location suits you better. Option #1: Pick up at 8:30 am . Option #2: Pick up at 11:30 pm.

What is the ending point?

The ending point will be at the Neptune Fountain.

How far in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?

You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.

What are the timetables?

Daily experience, from Monday to Sunday with 2 departures to choose from: 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. However, we also offer a pick-up 30 minutes earlier, at a more central point in Madrid: 8:30 am and 11:30 am. *On Sundays there are no 9:00 a.m. departures, only 12:00 p.m. departures.

How long does the experience last?

The whole experience lasts approximately 9 hours, which may vary depending on the traffic on the road.

We remind you that you can visit us personally at our VISITOR CENTRE - SAN BERNARDO 5, in the heart of Gran Vía in Madrid, if you need information and local tips on how to enjoy the city as a local and not as just another tourist. Our staff will be happy to welcome you comfortably, in our receptive space for visitors, and help you with all your doubts regarding: local and personalised information about the city, tourist maps, buying souvenirs of Madrid, selling tickets for local tours and excursions to surrounding UNESCO World Heritage cities and everything you need to make you feel at home.
