We offer 1 departures every day from Fuente de Neptuno: departure at 9:30 am and arrival in Madrid at 8:30 pm.

How far in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?

You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.

What are the timetables?

Daily tours, Monday to Sunday, with one departure at 9.30 am. However, we also offer a pick-up 30 minutes earlier at a more central location in Madrid: 9.00 am.

How long does the experience last?

The whole experience lasts approximately 11 hours, which may vary depending on the traffic on the road.

Our staff will be happy to welcome you comfortably, in our receptive space for visitors, and help you with all your doubts regarding: local and personalised information about the city, tourist maps, buying souvenirs of Madrid, selling tickets for local tours and excursions to surrounding UNESCO World Heritage cities and everything you need to make you feel at home.
