What is the meeting point?

We run one service every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from Visitor Centre. Departure at 9.00 am and arrival in Madrid at 8.30 pm.

How far in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?

You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.

What are the timetables?

Experience three days a week (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) with departure at 9:00 am.

Our staff will be happy to welcome you comfortably, in our receptive space for visitors, and help you with all your doubts regarding: local and personalised information about the city, tourist maps, buying souvenirs of Madrid, selling tickets for local tours and excursions to surrounding UNESCO World Heritage cities and everything you need to make you feel at home.
